Welcome to Totally Elle's 2008 birthday project! On April the 9th, Elle will be turning 10. 10 is a big milestone, and so we are hoping to help make this one of Elle's most special birthdays yet. This year, we are planning on making a large mounted collage made up of 5 inches x 4 inches sized fanarts made by fans. These will be collaged together in photoshop and printed proffesionally on photo quality paper, then sent to Elle. Please take part! We need 30 fanarts to cover the poster, so send in as soon as possible!

Rules and Information:

1. Please submit either a 360 pixels (width) x 288 pixels (height) digital fanart made on the computer, a scanned 5 inches (width) x 4 inches (height) message and/or drawing or a typed message (these will be made into fan arts by the Totally Elle webmasters). All submissions Must contain a message for Elle, your first name, and your country. (This should be ON the fanart itself)! Submissions of the wrong size will not be used.
2. Keep all submissions age appropriate for Elle! Any rudeness, ofcourse, won't be included in the project.
3. You may submit more than one fanart, but we may only use one of them if we end up with too many submissions.
4. Please save your graphics at a high quality, we don't want them to be pixelated at all on the poster. Save as a high quality JPG or PNG. If you don't know how to save high quality with JPGs, please save as PNG.
5. Have fun! Keep it sweet and wish Elle the best for her 10th birthday and her 11th year.
